This bundle pairs the Habits for the Spirit Course with the Resilient Spirit Planner 2026, giving you both guidance and structure as you develop sustainable rhythms for reflection, focus, and spiritual grounding.

Over one week, through this course we will cultivate habits and daily spiritual practices rooted in the Christian tradition that promote wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.

This course includes:

  • Lessons ~ 30 mins of Live teaching on each spiritual practice. Recordings will be available to view each day.
  • Taught and experiential content with a retreat-like atmosphere
  • Exploration of subjects such as Celtic Spirituality, Ignatian Spirituality, and resilience skills
